We realize that most members/contributors that belong to Active Rain, Facebook and Linkedin may not deal much in the Manufactured Housing industry. However, for those that do or perhaps will there are a lot of changes that have taken place during the past several years that have complicated buying, selling and financing them in several states. Especially in California and especially with regards to "resident owned" park communities be they condo or sub division conversions, Planned Unit Developments (PUDS) and/or on private lots/parcels.
