WOW!! This Certainly Got My Attention. Sad But All Too Often True. I just wanted to pass this along to the AR community that doesn't subscribe to Realtor Magazine. It's definitely an eye opener if not a barn burner. My thought on the subject? She either got a little too familiar with this client after so many showings and/or she may have run out of patience and became noticeably irritated neither of which will very often not result in a deal. I just received this from one of my best friends who happens to be in a very legitimate loan modification business in San Diego, Calif. He's one of the few good guys in the biz. I can't believe this is really happening and if it is we need to pull in all of our resources and put an end to all this stuff once and for all. I don't know about you but I've had it with all this stuff. It's going to BK America if it hasn't already.

Just wanted to add a slice of humor to a very mundane and boring topic albeit probably the most important aspect of your manufactured home. Let this serve as a reminder that you, the manufactured home owner, really need to be careful about who you let work under your home. Don't fall for the many, engineered certification, affidavit of fixture, re-leveling, foundation installation, retrofit and repair, earthquake bracing, hurricane and tornado tiedown scams etc. There's literally tons of them lurking about trying to seperate you from your hard earned doe.
