Where Is All The Shadow Inventory? In Fact Where's All The Inventory?
I've been hearing the drums beating in the distant from many RE Professionals and Stakeholders and from my own experience have even seen a lack of inventory in our neck of the woods. I've also been hearing that a good amount of our so called "Shadow Inventory" was gobbled up by some big Wall Street hedge funds.

Personally, with 20+ years of disaster response demolition, clean up and reconstruction I extrapolated sound and viable information and advice from both articles. I was impressed and and quite surprised to see just how many folks spend so much of their day on electronic devices i.e. computers, I Pads, cell phones, texting, etc. In fact my wife and partner of 37 years, who I love dearly, absolutely drives me nuts sometimes.......no wait.......all the time with her relentless passion if not outright OCD on the phone texting, emailing, audio communication (yapping), etc. Granted it's 80% biz and it contributes to a very comfortable lifestyle … (0 comments)
