In 2010, Ken Caryl Valley Real Estate showed some improvement. Although it wasn't a banner year, the modest improvements we see might be indicative of even better results in 2011. Overall, the number of homes sold in the Ken Caryl Valley had their best performance in a few years.
The not-so-bright news is that the Average Sold Price declined a little in 2010.
