HAP – Homeowners’ Assistance Program is Working in Seattle and Tacoma, Military Members Getting Help and Receiving HAP Benefit Checks
I have successfully closed 11 HAP transactions in the last 9 months in the Seattle and Tacoma area. HAP is writing checks and Miltary Members are receiving this great benefit.

NOTE: The deadline for receiving orders and being able to qualify for the HAP Program was 9/30/10. There is pending legislation in the works for changing this.

This just in from a supervisor in the Sacramento branch. The Miltary HAP Program “just hit $100 Million” in Military Benefits paid out to deserving personnel. This is great news, and regardless the military member is in Ft. Lewis, McChord, PSNS, Bangor, or anywhere else. However, the Military HAP Program is still shrouded in mystery. I have yet to talk to any agent in my service area who has even heard of the Military HAP Program. .
