OPiS inspectors document the condition of the home by literally taking hundreds of digital photos throughout the inspection (average sized home usually will have well over 1,000 pictures taken). We call this our OPiS Photo CD. These pictures are then burned on a CD and given to the home buyer if they are in attendance. I remember EXACTLY when the "lights" went on for me when it comes to personal relationships. I picked up the book by Dale Carnegie - "How to Win Friends and Influence People." IF you stay with me on this...my story might be a little like yours... Or at least it can give you HOPE if you have ever thought that "I am not a People Person". I know some of you out there are GREAT at customer service! I love to eat at Chick-Fil-A. Why? Because I know the service is going to be superb. Do I really LOVE their food? I am not head-over-heels with their food - but I keep going back because I know I am going to get great, friendly service! (If it wasn't for the service, I probably would not go there very much!) It seems that wherever (geographically) I may go in to a Chick-Fil-A store, I know they are going to have sharp, thoughtful people at the store. I LOVE (11 comments)
I just read a well written post by Marte Cliff titled “Real Estate Prospecting - Only Persistence Leads to Success” and I thought I’d share my thoughts on this topic. Prospecting is the task that keeps business flowing. Prospecting should be considered the main assignment, each and every day. The key words are Each and Every Day.
