The markets of Cumberland continue to truck along like the rest of the region. For the month ending January 2009 the Cumberland Maine real estate markets saw 3 single family transactions occur at a combined average price of 198K after sitting on the market for 193 days. In January 2008 transaction volume was similiar with 4 transactions occurring at a much higher average price of 634K.
