Westbrook ME housing markets saw 38 single family homes and condos sell during the 1st quarter of the 2012 year. This sales volume was 23% higher than last year during the 1st quarter, although it was 5% lower than the 4th quarter of 2011. Residential real estate in Westbrook sold at a median price of 177K, 8% higher than 1st quarter of last year and 8% higher than during the previous quarter.
