northeast tarrant county real estate: 4 More Reasons to Sell Now
- 11/24/14 02:14 PM
4 More Reasons to Sell Now As we discussed last week one reason to sell now is demand is still strong. With inventory levels also still below historic numbers, you could be missing out on a great opportunity for your family.
1. There Is Less Competition Now Housing supply just dropped to 5.1 months, which is under the 6 months’ supply that is needed for a normal housing market. This means that, in many areas, there are not enough homes for sale to satisfy the number of buyers in that market. This is good news for home prices. However, additional (0 comments)

Real Estate is BACK and BACK in a BIG WAY! That's right, you heard it, real estate is back baby! How many times have you turned on the tube to watch the local and national news only to hear C.N.N. or (Constant Negative News)? Well I have to say it is a little refreshing that the National and Local News Networks are finally reporting some positive news now in regards to the real estate market. But they are only about 6-9 months behind. The national and local real estate (3 comments)

northeast tarrant county real estate: The Best Real Estate Agents Have Great Systems
- 01/07/13 03:56 PM
The Best Real Estate Agents Have Great Systems: The word system has quite a few definitions, I like: An organized and coordinated method of doing things on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Well, I have been wanting to write this post for a while, but today, and me stumbling upon the last day and hours of the IMSD Systems challenge here at Active Rain, I can’t think of a better reason to wait any longer to write it. I have been a member of Active Rain from almost the inception of it, but like a lot of members here (11 comments)

northeast tarrant county real estate: A Real No-Brainer | What are You Thankful For?
- 11/09/11 03:53 PM
A Real No-Brainer | What are You Thankful For? This could very well be the easiest post or the hardest post for me to write depending on how you look at it. I just recently learned about an ActiveRain Contest for the month of November sponsored in part by DocuSign, the electronic signature company. The idea behind the contest is because Real Estate Professionals using DocuSign save on average at least 3 hours per week between faxing documents back and forth, printing and filing, and driving across town for signatures. So the contest is if you could save an extra 3 (8 comments)
Sorry, was putting together this collage last night and fell asleep, just like "Misu" our cat pictured here hanging out with me in my home office, and yes I know I need to clean up my desk, thank you. Looks like he is making himself right at home. I love my dogs, but can't see a dog being able to walk around the top of the desk like he has no care in the world. It's pretty funny, there is a another chair on the opposite side of (9 comments)

First off, let me start out by saying that this post has been in draft mode just waiting to be finished for several months now, but I was waiting for the right time to do so. Secondly, I apologize, it is kind of a long post, but hopefully worth your time. After several conversations with other agents over the past couple (35 comments)

The Cat Conundrum Continues! As many of you know that have been following my Cat Conundrum Series over the last couple of weeks or so, you know after recently loosing our Dear Black Lab “Moose” at the end of July, that not too long after that a furry little creature who we now call “Misu” showed up at our house and basically adopted us. And we have since then adopted him. I like how Don Sabinske of Don Sabinske & Associates recently put it in a comment on the Cat Conundrum Revisited post, “Your Cat was a gift from Moose. More Reasons John Hrisco & Associates is Now a Part of RE/MAX As Dave Liniger, RE/MAX Chairman and Co-Founder recently put it at a recent RE/MAX Broker/Owners/Managers conference in Los Angeles, “We’re No. 1 in virtually every way; let’s be bold about saying so. It’s time we got our swagger back.” “We have the best, most productive, most experienced agents in the business, and there’s no reason to be shy about what that means."

If You Want to Be the Best, You Have to Be With the Best! Okay, so in my last few posts, I have highlighted me receiving my new Real Estate Broker License, from the Texas Real Estate Commission and how you can successfully pass your Salesperson or Broker Licensing Exam on your first try. But the question still remains, now that I have that broker license, what's next? I have been alluding to the decision on where I have decided to hang my real estate hat, so hang on, we’ll get to that in just a minute. One thing that I (11 comments)

I normally don’t like shameless self-promotion, but I thought in this particular case due to the gravity of the situation, it was warranted. Also, this post is about a month overdue, but I did not feel like posting it at the time due to the loss of our dear black lab “Moose”. After ten years in the Real Estate business, (15 comments)

- 08/26/11 01:44 AM
Water Restrictions | Tarrant County Texas | Effective Monday 29 August 2011 In an article in the local section of yesterday's Fort Worth Star Telegram, by Bill Hanna, it states that the Tarrant Regional district is to impose water restrictions effective 29 August 2011. (the following is my summary of the column) In a move that Tarrant County residents have been anticipating all summer long, and frankly I am surprised that it didn't come much sooner, the Tarrant Regional Water District will impose "Stage 1" watering restrictions beginning this Monday. So get your watering done folks between now and Monday. (9 comments)
