improving housing market: Market is Changing

Buyer's have to realize that the market is changing. There is limited inventory and prices are rising, gone are the days of low ball offers. Many areas are experiencing multipe offers and low days on market. If a house is noce and priced right it won's last long. Mullica Hill, Mantua, West Deptford, and Woolwich are all areas that are booming . … (1 comments)
