Some people have an 80 year old mind and a 40 year old body. Many who are in their 50's would have a hard time keeping up with many of the folks you'll see in this video. These people don't live in Sun City Hilton Head, but like them, there are so many here who have accepted the challenge of getting in the best shape of their lives and staying that way. How about you?

Sun City Hilton Head Activity has really picked up. I have been showing properties like crazy. I've spoken with other agents and they confirm that activity has really picked up. Last week, one of my buyer prospects saw a hot buy and asked me to measure rooms for her. When I got there, the home was being inspected (listing wasn't updated !)
