Sometimes both Buyers and Sellers rely on the ZTRs (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and others) to estimate [Zestimates for Zillow] the value of homes. These estimates may be entirely unreliable. Here are some of the reasons theZTR blanket estimates do not work well in Prescott, Arizona. Potato Patch is a private community of cabins. It is a small patch of private land on old mining claims in the middle of Prescott National Forest SE of Prescott, Arizona. It is located off Walker Road and is south of the community of Walker. This is one of the only neighborhoods in the Prescott area with Aspen and native Spruce trees. The elevations are nearly 7,000 feet. Prescott is adjoined by The Prescott National Forest on the south and west side of the city. Several neighborhoods have been built in the Ponderosa Pines inside the City Limits of Prescott. These areas are normally served by City of Prescott for water, sewer and trash services. Copper Canyon Village, Hidden Valley Ranch, Kingswood, Tiimberridge and Wildwood adjoin the Prescott National Forest. Others are close by.
