As far as I know, the only public dog park in Prescott, Arizona is located near the intersection of Willow Creek Road at Commerce Dr. about 7.75 miles from Haisley and Highway 89. They are on a very short new road named Cougar Canyon Rd which provides access to all three lots via paved road inside the subdivision. Large granite boulders and outcroppings are one of the most desirable features for lots and building sites and many prospective Buyers seek out properties that have them.
