Another Agent in my office (there are only three of us) asked me to advertise his really unique listing. He offered to pay me a referral fee just to help advertise it. I sell recreational land and cabins in a remote area near Seligman, Arizona. Most of my listings are 36 acres or more and most are off-the-grid and isolated. I am getting ready to have a booth in an upcoming Survivalist/Prepper Event in which we will have a booth. This is the second time for us to participate so I know at least some of the event attendees may be in the market for the listings that I have. I list properties that are in remote areas near Seligman, Arizona. These are mostly 36 acres or more and mostly land with a few dwellings such as cabins in the Juniper Mountains. Many of the cabins are primitive and a lot of them are partially finished. Most are off-the-grid and on hauled water. It is high desert here. I have lately had a challenging situation with Buyer's Agents wanting to show my properties in the remote or rural areas.
