I sell land and getaway homes and cabins in an area near Seligman, Arizona, that is primarily recreational. I am a member of the Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) which covers most of Yavapai County, Arizona. PAAR covers the Seligman area best but not exclusively.
I am finding that the IDX feeds do not pass the information necessary to communicate about these properties efficiently. The biggest offendors for me is,, and Landwatch.

Arizona is an arid state and Yavapai County is no exception.  We do not have much water, either on the surface or underground. The title of this post is obvious but also profound.
Investigate the locations and depths of wells in the areas you may want to buy.

I want to relate an experience I had this week involving GPS tracking as I walked a remote 80-acre lot in northern Yavapai County on Lot 808 in Sierra Verde Ranch near Seligman, AZ.
Here is a topographic view of the lot:

In this view, the road comes up to the SW corner of the lot where there is a circle turn-around.

Shadow Rock Ranch is seven remote sections of land west and south of Seligman, Arizona. It was developed in three phases of lots of 36 or more acres each. Most of the lots are heavily treed with numerous Juniper and Pinion Pine trees. Many have bluffs and rock outcroppings.  I believe that Shadow Rock Ranch was named for this rock.
