Arizona is an arid state and Yavapai County is no exception.  We do not have much water, either on the surface or underground. The title of this post is obvious but also profound.
Investigate the locations and depths of wells in the areas you may want to buy.

I got a call today from a potential Buyer who saw one of my signs on Anvil Rock Road southwest of Seligman. This area is remote and is a two hour drive for me to get there. I do dominate that market but there is no way I can work the way she wants. She was not interested in the parcel where she saw the sign but wanted information on my other listings.

I am working on listing a really cute cabin but it will be a challenge.  It sits on a little over 60 acres of mostly usable land. Here is a photo of the cabin.  This is a follow-up to give the current status of this challenge. Here is a link to the original post.
