rent to own: Is Owner Financing Still an Option?

I have received many calls from potential buyers asking me this question. The answer is a resounding yes! But you have to make sure you do it the right way. I have come across many people who went forward with a lease option, or some other form of owner financing, only to loose their money and have no recourse. It is a sad situation to be in. There are options available to people who need owner financing. People whom are self employed almost always fit into this criteria. They write off everything so they do not have to pay taxes, but … (5 comments)
