I know there are a lot of choices these days with all the “Johnny come lately” mortgage companies out there. I hear stories of clients getting quotes that seem very attractive… but are just like Unicorns… Nice to look at but not based on reality. It’s the old Bait and Switch trick were the borrower is shown a interest rate that is just a bit lower than everyone else and after they spend their money … (2 comments)
