houses: Boomers Downsizing In Alabama - 12/27/11 03:26 PM
Baby Boomers are starting to reach retirement age.  The oldest Boomers are now about 66 years old and the youngest are about 50.  As this group continues to move into the retirement age range, we will see a lot of money being made selling homes to them. 
The niche that is being overlooked is downsizing for average income folks.  Homes are needed that can accommodate this aging "egg in the snake" segment of our society.  Let's consider what is missing as far as housing choices for this group.

houses: USDA IN MOBILE ALABAMA - 08/31/11 02:43 AM
We have lots of homes in Mobile County that qualify for the USDA loan program.  In case you have been in your cave for a few years, the USDA program is a no down payment, no PMI program with FHA guarantees.  It is available in areas outside the USDA circle drawn around metro areas.  The USDA areas are "roughly" like the areas which are not inside the city limit lines.  However, ask me for an up-to-date look at any house you believe would qualify.
