Several good builders offer these homes for $1000 total money in the game. Payments start under $900 per month which includes taxes and insurance. West Mobile, Semmes, Theodore, and Saraland neighborhoods to choose from. Coast Guard folks get special treatment. I love referrals from other Realtors!
