I've spent the last few days in Phoenix, AZ at our company's National Conference, which we call the Keller Williams Family Reunion. As you may already know, Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in North American by total agent count. The Open Concept home has been around for several years, and as an experienced Realtor, I don't see it going away anytime soon. Most families live a much more informal life than was the case for previous generations, consequently home builders realize that the compartmentalized homes with formal living and dining areas are for the most part and unwanted design by the buyers of today. Tell me what you think, am I right or wrong?
