Last week a notice was sent to many residents in The Farm at Carolina Forest about in ground swimming pools. The Farm at Carolina Forest community restriction prohibit resident from having their own swimming pools. It appears someone from outside the HOA is trying to change the HOA pool restriction. Someone will start to go door to door asking residents in The Farm to sign a petition to support the restrict rules for in ground swimming pools be changed.
