We say good buy (pun intended) to 2008 and look forward to 2009 these are my thoughts on the market in North Atlanta, specifically the real estate market in Alpharetta, Cumming and Suwanee Ga. No doubt that 2008 was a tough year compared to 2007 - the credit markets changed considerably, the economy stumbled at the end of the year, $4 a gallon for gas and the stock market losing 1/3 of its value all made consumers less confident and less wealthy.
