This cute little 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome was for sale for a entire year before me and my client went in and saw the potential for her. We put an offer on this unit of $112,000 which is about 11-15k less then recent solds. There were minor repairs needed though my client did buy all new appliances for the Kitchen since the others were fairly dated.
