This cute little 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome was for sale for a entire year before me and my client went in and saw the potential for her. We put an offer on this unit of $112,000 which is about 11-15k less then recent solds. There were minor repairs needed though my client did buy all new appliances for the Kitchen since the others were fairly dated. This was my first deal with this client and I feel she got a very good deal 1. on the price, 2. we got the seller to give 2k in closing cost and provide (0 comments)
Dont Judge a Book by its Cover even though this home is only 2 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms and only 1,100 sqft, it is located in Downtown Charleston and was built in the 1930s, it is a "Freemasons Cottage", and went undercontract in 1 day. The area is up and coming and homes are not staying on the market very long, and are commanding very close to full price offers. My loyal client saw the agent putting the sign up, asked me to called him to view and put an offer on for 7k off of what the (2 comments)
