Scott and Jen have lived in Charleston for over 4 years and have diligently kept an eye on homes for sale in areas they were considering on purchasing. We then identified a neighborhood they desired to be in, found the builder that would build the home of their dreams! We then worked with them the entire way through the process, we ensured the builder was on track, the lender had all they needed to stay on tract and consulted our clients as needed!
We did our “blue tape” walk through and had the builder make several corrections that were just not 100% done … (0 comments)
Flash forward from a home we sold in another post... So we sold my clients home in 48 hours...now where to go? With our inventory down almost 20% over the same time last year, homes in the area she was targeting were slim pickens.
