I worked with this buyer last year in the sale of his home. We were not going to rush into finding a home as he was unsure of what he was looking for. He was looking into townhomes, new construction and condos.. After a few months of running in circles we stepped back and put on pause.
We kept coming back to this particular home, though thought that it was a little overpriced...so we went in and snagged it for a deal. Got some repairs done and penty of extras to go along with it.
