Guys, honestly, aren't you tired of this? Banks are this and banks are that. At minimum they are stupid... They should not have given risky loans, they should have been more cautious; they were greedy ... And as a result – see what happened to the housing market. We love to get together and bark at the banks. What a terrific target. I have a small problem with that. There is a smell of real estate agents, who, like dogs, marked the territory. Because the Banks did not deal with Buyers directly. Do you know who was initiating all these deals, bringing these deals (18 comments)

Bryan Robertson posted Why are banks not held accountable for delaying short sales? It is featured, tons of «I agree» comments, everything in classic AR style. Of course how the idea so darn wrong could be featured is beyond me, but I digress... OK, we are tired that it takes banks more time that we would like to in order to forgive often hundreds of thousands of dollars. And we want to hold the banks accountable. Just listen to what we are saying... Don't you hear what I hear? (it is buzzing in my ears that this is BS) So, let's imagine (63 comments)

For several years after immigrating to US we were loyal AT&T customers. One of the problems was an extremely high rate for the calls to Russia, I think $2.25 a min, and we had to call, even though these calls were so expensive. Because of technical problems on the Russian side, you had to keep dialing until you get through. On the bill these attempts were shown as one minute, the smallest time frame by AT&T at that time. AT&T always credited us back fr those calls that did not go through, until once, however, the customer service rep refused to credit (20 comments)
