The Parkland Real Estate Report Card is in for November 2015 and the grades are pretty good! The stats from the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors show an increase in closed sales from a year ago from 641 homes sold to 684 year-to-date, an increase of 6.7%. Even more promising is the increase in pending sales, which are homes that are under agreement but not yet closed. This 'future market' indicater shows that we expect 10.8% more homes will sell in the next few months which would give us a total of 737 homes that were under contract this year.
