This week saw the start of a custom home for two wonderful people Brent Deaver and Nicole Baldwin who plan to be married in September of this year. Completed foundation ready for framing to begin From this point we have to grade both the interior and exterior of the foundation and have the soil treated for termites to be ready to begin framing. Once the framing starts on this home it will only take 1 1/2 weeks to complete and be ready to begin roofing as well as start the interior rough-in of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
