Tonight I took the time to get out and enjoy the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in concert. The performances were excellent! The orchestra opened with Ravel's Le Tombeau de Couperin, and Mozart's Bassoon Concerto. After the Intermission, the concerto finished with the Beethoven 'Pastorale' Symphony. The orchestra managed to evoke thoughts of living in the countryside away the stress of city life. Tickets are still on sale for $33 each through this Sunday. Effective Thursday January 24, 2013 at 5PM, Georgia Dream increased its interest rate from 2.875% to 3.000%. This change in the interest rate is a slight uptick for the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program. The interest rate has been flat at 2.875% since September 27, 2012. This news is still great for buyers, because the rate is still lower than most of the market.

We have been hearing about the deal that Porsche struck with Georgia to build a local plant in Atlanta for a few years now. Well today there is some fresh daylight to whole deal.
