Tomorrow is the MLK Jr. National Holiday, and all federal, state and some local institutions are closed in observance of the holiday. In Georgia a few of the school systems decided to have classes tomorrow so that they would not be so far behind in their schedules after last week's historic snow and ice storm. A few people are still digging out today with the ice being so pervasive across the northern area of the state. I work with several clients who are doing leases with various forms of options to purchase. One of the details we try to incorporate into each lease agreement is some credit towards the purchase from the rent payments.
