Is Selling A HUD Home A Good Thing? I recently read a comment on another post that said '...I will never sell a HUD home.' Wow! To me that was pretty strong. And I know other agents who will never 'fool around' with a HUD contract. There is a lot of coordination on the selling side of the transaction between getting the contract in on time, setting the property for inspection, and so forth.
