I have not seen any television commercials or heard any radio advertisements. I got wind of this new service when one of our tenants used it a couple of months ago to pay his rent. Fairburn Fall Festival - Cool Cars, Food and Fun for the Youngsters This past Saturday, the 2014 Fairburn Fall Festival had some really cool cars. There were new Dodge Charges with all kinds of wheels and lambo doors in the parade. And there was the Corvette Club with all of their Vettes lined up nicely. Sun roofs, split tops. All kinds of colors. The food court had some of the best barbecue and seafood you ever want to taste. Who Needs All Those Pictures? Buyers DO! Yesterday I took a moment out of my extremely busy schedule to go see a listing with an agent not a part of my firm. The listing agent and I had conducted business on a previous transaction, and the listing agent grew to like my way of conducting business.

Fannie Mae Going Forward With 5% Down Payment Fannie Mae is increasing the skin you have to have in their game when you get a mortgage insured by them. Effective November 16th, Fannie Mae will require borrowers to put 5% down toward the purchase of a home. This change also includes Homepath and Homepath Renovation mortgages. Gone are the days of a 3% down payment. It was good while it lasted and really helped borrowers with better credit and reserves. The 5% down could potentially be better than the FHA 3.5% down.
