realtor referrals: I most be doing something right

I get to brag a little today. My assistant told me that I most be doing something right, because I got the best award that an agent can get: a referrals from competing agents.
The week started with a phone call from another reo agent, one of his property was re-assigned, the client has a 90 day policy, because it didn't sell in 90 days, so told the asset manager that I should get the listing.
