weather: Who is buying houses this weekend?

Well as most people on the East Cost know, it is scortching HOT out there. I know some of the folks from the Southwest are calling us wimps because this is their spring weather, but for most of us, and I was born in a town where 80 degrees is as cold as it gets. This heat is too much.
But to answer my question, if you have buyers who want to go out and look at houses, those are A buyer in my book, those buyers are ready to write an offer, those buyers are serious they are not playing games, they … (1 comments)
