We cannot deny the fact that a building is nothing without the roof above it. The roof protects the home against harsh elements and keeps us warm and dry. Roof life depends on a number of factors: roofing material, slope, weather conditions, level of abuse and maintenance measures. Industry standards expected a well-maintained roof to serve up to 25 years.
