While ideal weather is one of the main advantages, another advantage to selling your home in the spring is that no one wants to move their children mid-school year. When a buyer purchases a home in the spring, they are most likely to move in during the early summer. That means plenty of time for your kids to adjust and adapt to the area before the new school year begins.
