- 10/23/10 03:00 PM
"It is impossible to sell a home in this market." I'll agree - it's not easy... ...but it's not impossible. Homes are still selling in Kanabec County. In the last 6 months, 78 homes have sold in Kanabec County. (April through October) The price range of the homes that sold has been as low as $8,000 and as high as $499,000! The average price of a sale for the last six months is $100,852 with just under 6 months on the market. Homes are selling! How do you compete? The average price per finished square foot is $61.34. mora mn: Fantastic Opportunity to Purchase Bank Owned Properties in Minnesota
- 11/06/08 03:34 PM
Good news for buyers looking for a good deal! A two day auction is taking place November 15th and 16th at the Minneapolis Convention Center on over 400 properties throughout the state! I am in charge of three of these properties in our immediate area. Check out this home on 5 acres approximately 9 miles north of Mora. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large garden tub, and a beautiful yard. Weekend getaway or year round home potential. Close to lakes (including Mille Lacs!), hunting, state parks and land. Needs some TLC from someone who loves it. Only 2 (0 comments)
