"It is impossible to sell a home in this market." I'll agree - it's not easy... ...but it's not impossible. Homes are still selling in Kanabec County. In the last 6 months, 78 homes have sold in Kanabec County. (April through October) The price range of the homes that sold has been as low as $8,000 and as high as $499,000!
