Gas prices in Mora went from $3.35 a gallon to $3.45 pretty much overnight. Even though I thought it was bad when it hit $3.35, for some reason seeing the new, higher price today felt like major defeat. It began to stir many thoughts about how to save money, conserve more, and continue in real estate with costs rising so drastically. So here are some thoughts I've come up with. With the news telling us what a horrible market it is, many home sellers are worried that there is no hope for selling their home. I'm here to show you that there is. Right now, as of 2:07 AM on January 10th, there are 11 single family listings that are pending in Kanabec County. 7 of the houses pending are in Mora, Minnesota. 2 of the houses for sale are located in Ogilvie, Minnesota. 1 of the houses for sale is located in Brook Park, Minnesota.
