first day of spring: Welcome Springtime 2011

Welcome to the first day of Spring 2011! Spring time is definitely on my mind after visiting the Philadelphia International Flower Show last week. With just an hour train ride from Lancaster and 2 stops on the metro from 30th Street Station, I was walking by the Eiffel Tower and visiting Paris at the Convent on Center. The floral arrangements were awe-inspiring as usual with an animal topiary carousel, gardens and water parks, the Paris underground and bistros. I enjoyed the miniature displays as well conveying street scenes of Paris “painted” with floral and green plants.There was even time to … (4 comments)
