parking garage: North Wildwood Waterpark and Hotel

Great things are in store for the Wildwoods. North Wildwood City Council approved a 90,000 square-foot pirate-themed indoor waterpark where Seaport Pier now stands. Construction will include a water park on the east side of the Boardwalk between 22nd and 23rd Avenues and a 16-story 425-room hotel on the west side. There will be an overhead walkway linking the two properties. Also planned is 3 restaurants and a 600-car parking garage. If the project receives all the necessary approvals, it could be open in 2010. This could bring 300-400 year rounds jobs to the area besides all the construction jobs.
