Offer First Class Service Offering my customers "good old fashioned" high touch "First Class Service" is what I strive to do. In this fast paced high tech world, people are craving personalized customer service & attention. They want to feel special and that their business is valued, especially in the field of Real Estate. If it is a high tech real estate experience they want, then that's what they get, but on the other hand, if they want more personalized high touch service, such as "personal phone calls", then I adapt my communication style to their preferences. If you ever negotiate, you should read this book. "Life is a series of negotiations, whether buying a car, getting a raise, buying a home.
