I have relied on those initial photos for years until early 2018, we decided to refresh our signage which meant new photos.

Don't buy the RIGHT Home in the WRONG Location Location ~ Location ~ Location I am pretty sure you all have heard this Real Estate quote many times before. You can redecorate, rebuild, relandscape, perhaps even modify certain aspects of a home's location, but you can't change where a home is located. (unless you move the house!) At a minimum, make sure to avoid locations that involve high noise levels, unsavory elements, traffic, pollution, crime, poorly kept homes and decreasing property values. We are available! We had a 2nd smaller sign installed outside our new West Shore Real Estate Office at 3800 Market Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. We have all seen and most likely many of use signs that say "Agent On Duty". . . This is so true. If you are not passionate about what you do, then you need to look into other options. Find the right "seat on the bus" - one that is comfortable and you enjoy. I LOVE real estate - sure there are always things that will/could irrate me, but I choose to work through the issues and move forward. Thank you Richie Naggar.

Why I Chose Real Estate - putting the pieces of my life together! I grew up a P.K. and an Officer's Brat - so I was labeled before I could talk! Because my father was a Chaplin in the Army we moved almost every year. I attended 6 Elementary Schools, 1 Junior High and 2 High Schools for a total of 10 different school systems in my 13 year school tenure. MAKE CONTACT! Do you like the idea of finding your next home on the internet? You just point and click your way to propeties of interest. You can even take a "virtual tour" without personally visiting the home. Very cool! What then? Do you also make a virtual offer using your favorite platinum VISA card? Can you do a virtual inspection of the homes condition? Just how far can you go without having personal contact? Chances are good that you will not make a purchase offer before inspecting the home.
