Before you say anything, I don't mean every time you clean your house its time to sell. That would be very hard! Nor do I mean, don't clean your house just sell it. Well... what exactly do I mean? The number one thing I have stressed in most of my blog posts, is de-cluttering. De-cluttering is a really important step when it comes time to selling. I can not stress it enough.
