The past couple of weeks has been fairly regular for Rosenberg! The median list price for a property has been $170K and the average list price has been $261K. There are currently 156 properties on the Market in Rosenberg. With the market staying the same in Rosenberg, it's not giving a good outlook for the future of the homes. Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. They call the Rosenberg's Market a buyers market! Because this is a Buyer's Market, the prices have been fairly low.
