One tip that I have for any seller, whether it be a real estate agent or a consumer, is to turn on ALL your lights before having an event such as an open house or showing. There are two reasons for this: The first being, this will insure your potential buyers that all the lights in the house work. Whether it be the porch lights or the lights in the kitchen. Emails are the most important way, we Realtors communicate with each other. My email is linked to my website, which means I use Microsoft Outlook to access my emails. Emails are a way for us Realtors to get our message across. It can be anything from Campaign emails, to important zipped files with contracts on them!
