Like I said in my last market report, The market is very unpredictable! It can change in literally a week! Or better yet, even in a day! This week's report hasn't changed much from last week, but there are a couple of changes! The median list price for Rosenberg is currently $169,900! There are also 142 properties on the market! That has dropped significantly from last week!! So if you're looking for a home, there's not a bunch to go around! The past couple of weeks has been fairly regular for Rosenberg! The median list price for a property has been $170K and the average list price has been $261K. There are currently 156 properties on the Market in Rosenberg. With the market staying the same in Rosenberg, it's not giving a good outlook for the future of the homes. Home sales have been exceeding new inventory for several weeks. They call the Rosenberg's Market a buyers market! Because this is a Buyer's Market, the prices have been fairly low.
