March 17th a great day!
Not only is it St Patrick's Day but two more weeks and we will be at the end of the first quarter of the year! A time to glance back over the last three months and evaluate how we are doing! Match our actual results against our budgeted results. Our budget is our map. Without it how do we know where we're going and without unfolding it once in awhile how do we know where we are?

Nope...not even! At least that should not be the primary intent when you buy. Think about it; almost nobody lives in an investment. You live in a home. A home is memories, solace from the world, your castle and where families grow, play and move through the steps of life.

Super Bowl is over but you may have an opportunity to enter the Super Bowl of Real estate (at least in our MLS)!
 
I am referencing a Super Bowl of sorts that happens when a buyer finds out there are multiple offers. If you are in that position there are certain game plays you can use that will help you score with an accepted offer (ok, ok, this is getting trite and I'll knock off the football stuff...lol).
