market trends: Wenatchee Market and The Wenatchee Market - 08/24/21 11:55 AM
Here is a short video that features a market in Wenatchee that is an asset to the community. Not only shopping but entertainment, restaurants and public meeting places. Also included is a little about the Wenatchee/East Wenatchee real estate market. This part of the marketing report is only about 25 to 30% of our total market but numbers are about the same only larger. To view https://youtu.be/BFLbq58TJRQ

market trends: Wenatchee Real Estate sales and the Market - 06/22/12 07:35 AM
We are almost to the end of June and I thought I would get a jump on the sales activity year to date. I live in Eastern Washington in a city at the geographical center of the State, Wenatchee. Our market area is comparatively large but for my purposes Ill confine my observations, of homes bought and sold, to Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and a couple close in smaller communities.  Inventory of houses is growing almost exponential

FHA is the loan of choice (though I have had some luck with a couple USDA programs too). Buyers … (7 comments)

market trends: Wenatchee Unemployment at a new low - 07/20/07 02:03 AM
We have and have had a good real estate market.

It shows some cracks and some indications of decline but not a flat out free fall. Too many positive factors. Our market is fueled by recreation, retirement and job growth. here is an article from the local paper about jobs in NCW . It mentions the decline in residential construction jobs as a side note. Actually according to the builders and contractors i talk to the lack of lots and slow down in application time for lots and new construction have caused a backlog and some of the decline in that sector.
